General Policies
1) I understand that I am solely responsible for any harm or damage caused by my pet(s) while my pet(s) is/are being cared for by Cherished Paws LLC. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Cherished Paws LLC, its employees, officers and directors from all claims, damages or causes of action arising from my pet(s) participation in Pet Care.

2) I further understand and agree that in admitting my pet(s) to Cherished Paws LLC, the owner of Cherished Paws LLC has relied on my representation that my pet(s) is/are in good health and has/had hot harmed or shown aggression or threatening behavior toward any person or any other dog/pet/person or I have disclosed any aggressive behaviors to Cherished Paws LLC PRIOR to the beginning of care.

3) I further understand and agree that Cherished Paws LLC staff will not be held liable for any problems that develop (e.g. injuries, parasites, illness) provided reasonable care and precautions are followed, and hereby release them from any and all liability of any kind whatsoever arising from my pet(s) participation with Cherished Paws LLC.

4) I further understand and agree that any problem that develops with my pet(s) will be treated as deemed appropriate by the staff of Cherished Paws LLC in their sole discretion and that I assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses involved including veterinary bills.

5) I understand that my pet(s) photo and/or my first name may be used on the Cherished Paws LLC website, Facebook page, Twitter page and/or other promotional materials.

6) In order to keep costs affordable for all, all services shall be paid IN FULL BY the appointment date. I understand that if my appointment was/is cancelled prior to 24 hours in advance I will forfeit a refund. I will also forfeit a refund if my pet is not available to be picked up during a scheduled appointment.

7) I have read and understand the above policies/rules/regulations and have agreed to abide by them. I understand I have the right to request a copy for my records, or have forfeited said right. I agree to abide by the policies/rules/regulations as amended or changed from time to time and accept all terms, conditions and statements of this agreement.
